The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was just okay. Everyone was always on their phones! The wallpaper is separating everywhere! Every corner of every floor was dirty. My bathroom vanity was severely cracked Rm 1618, mold in the shower. The bed was lumpy and felt old. There was always people “hanging” around at all hours of the day and night, even at 3:30am!

Every time we walked in or out of hotel staff would greet us with a friendly smile. The Casino very bus...

They were left with coffee still in the mugs when we returned from a day out. It was obvious we were not going to drink all the coffee. I had to wash them myself in the sink. The "Steakhouse " restaurant in the Casino was a huge disappointment. Big buck...
