Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guests reported extremely negative experiences at this hotel, with frequent complaints about poor cleanliness, dirty rooms and bathrooms, and the presence of cockroaches. Many reviews mention rude and unhelpful staff, lack of basic amenities, and maintenance issues such as broken beds, malfunctioning AC, and live wires. Several guests felt the hotel was unsafe and not as advertised, with misleading photos and no value for the price paid. Only a few reviews mentioned positive experiences with helpful staff, but these were rare compared to the overwhelming negative feedback.
