Cons (-) the entire place smelled of a strong mildew odor that was overwhelming. Staff would not cancel my reservation because I booked through hotels.com so I ended up paying for two days that I didn't stay. my room was unlocked when I arrived which creeped me out, and the desk clerk was unphased by the news and didn't seem concerned. by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
