Most of the staff was great. Private island is great
Old hotel, smelly carpets, food was just ok. We had a butler service and one of them was useless. Very small aces to the beach- you can’t walk

We loved the staff. everyone was very accommodating. the food was excellent and all of the servers were great!! The pools were awesome and so was the beach!! We loved the private Island. The water was beautiful.
We wished that the private island was open later than 4:00PM. We were told that they stocked Bacardi Rum, but they did not. The Piano Bar should be open later than 11:00PM. That way you could have the loud music at Crickets and the Piano music for the other crowds. We were told by the reception when checking in that they would stock our room with alcohol, but this never happened. It would have been nice to have a cocktail in the room. The butlers would reserve all of the chairs for guests, but we noticed everyday that many of the chairs were never used, so other guests could not get a good seat.
