Closer to the airport
Up date the hotel
Good location near Narita airport. Free shuttle bus to/from airport and also downtown shopping area. Staff were efficient, albeit appeared to be a slightly jaded from the constant flow of transit customers.
Rooms are dated and in need of an update. Check-in procedure quite regimented, with a strict check-in time. I can understand why from a staff perspective, but not so good from a customer service perspective.
what you see what you get
Love how comfortable the room is,what did you see in web that is what you get,not like other hotel lie in the photos
I just didn’t like Is no free bottle of water, just bothers me too when I check in, the person in front of me have a 2 bottle of water gave from the counter. Maybe because they couple I don’t know.
It's 5 minutes from Narita's Airport.
Smelly room. Low quality linens. Solid rock mattress. Outdated. Air conditioner disconnected on purpose because Japan was in winter season, according to the front desk personnel. Pricey meals. I won't repeat it.
Closeness to airport and free shuttle
Did not find a bar or lounge open for alcoholic beverages in the afternoon after arrival
needed two rooms for family.
I didn't like that I had to pay for another room coz my kids are 17 and 15. when I checked In the host told me to get another room .. I have a 15yr old with special needs and the fact that he didn't understand that was beyond me. I also understand the language barrier. I didn't like I got split up with my kids and they are strict on who stays with whom. It was diffenatly a culture shock. We ended up staying somewhere else coz they were expensive. It would have cost me another thousands of dollar for another room.
Convenient but overpriced
nice room. clean and quiet.
breakfast buffet was not that good. very basic options, low on fruit options.
Handy for airport
Rooms are basic, wifi slow and unreliable. One night is plenty
Cheap rates are best thing, but you get what you p
Location near airport, friendly restaurant host, showing some signs of hope with renovated parts of lobby
Dated decor, moldy bathrooms, bad flourescent lighting, stuffy rooms, poor food, stern airport drivers, low-class guests, unsecure doors with no key cards and old fashioned keys
Location and free shuttle buses to and from Narita airport
Great hotel and location. Staff was very helpful. Went out of their way to make my overnight stay awesome. They let me leave my backpack after i checked out so that i could explore the city.
- location - convenience store - smoking room in lobby - room size was surprisingly roomy for Japan standards - ramen restaurant across the street - airport shuttle - lobby was super clean and modern
-room was dated (opposite of lobby) - and was humid and moldy / dank smelling when we got in -wifi signal was terrible.
