Shuttle to the airport
room smelled of mold. Most restaurants were closed. They charge a fee and a high one for Wi-Fi which is outrageous these days. Very disappointing experience.

The hotel was very conveniently located close to the airport and provided transportation to and from the airport. It also had very good food outlets, which is convenient for such a location. The room was clean and comfortable but not what I expected for a 5 star hotel.
The bathroom was not well maintained...

Hilton Narita is a really good option when you just need a overnight close to the aiport. From the airport it is 30 minutes and towards around 20 minutes. The breakfast is according international business hotel standards, really good. The staff is really friendly and helpfull.
Like all business hotels, Hilton included, they can have quiet high rates, which I would not pay for one overnight. But if you do some research on the internet you can find some good deals every now and then, like I had. The prices in the bar were a bit unreasonable as well. A cup of coffee for 900 yen (about 8 euro) is expensive.
