Pros: Nice place, clean, well appointed. Close to the town centre which was a plus.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Nice rooms, very nice breakfast, friendly staff.
Cons: -
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Good communication, we emailed to let them know we might arrive after booking in time and leave before check in and to ask if they could arrange a taxi to the station which they did replying to confirm. As we were leaving before breakfast, Marie provided us with a pack up which was much appreciated. The room was pleasant, named vintage chic and with decor to match. The most striking thing was the creative use of space. Our room was on a balcony in an extremely large conservatory space, overlooking an inside swimming pool and seating area and breakfast area. Housecoats were provided and welcome after a swim, which refreshed me after a long day's travel. Located within easy reach of the centre if we had wished to go out for a meal. All comfortable!
Cons: We were only there one night and all was good.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Quiet and a little way from the centre but an easy walk in. Quirky, pleasant decor. Nice to be somewhere where every detail has been carefully considered. Comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast with lots of homemade elements.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: This guest house was a very pleasant place to stay. We had one of the two top price rooms - there are only five rooms in all. The staff were very nice and very helpful and they are not there all the time. The small indoor swimming pool was a great facility in a heatwave. Breakfast excellent. Very near the city of Narbonne. We enjoyed our stay but the price was bordering on high for what was offered compared with other hotels on our two week tour of France.
Cons: The rooms are generally well presented but could do with a little refurbishment of some items.
7,5 Good
Pros: The villa was very beautiful, the jacuzzi was appreciated
Cons: The pool was not heated, making it too cold to step into but pretty to look at. One member of the staff was extremely rude at breakfast
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Short walk along the canal was ideal location for exploring Narbonne- which is an attractive & interesting town with plenty to see
Cons: The flooring needed a bit of attention in our ‘boat’ themed room - but the quirky feel to the place was great
7,5 Good
Pros: Secure parking and friendly welcoming hosts and good breakfasts. Easy walking to centre
Cons: Room slightly small and very hot in main area
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The location of the villa was perfect. It's a 10 minute walk from the train station, set back from the Canal du Midi. We had a garden room with a terrace which opened on to the most beautiful shaded, mature garden with an abundance of gorgeous plants, trees and a water feature with fish, fountain and water lilies. We could relax there at any time and with only five rooms in the villa, it often felt like we had the place to ourselves. The pool in the centre of the villa is great for a refreshing dip on a hot day and the jet pool is great for relaxing after sight-seeing in the city. The staff are very friendly and unobtrusive. Narbonne, itself, is such a great city. It's easy to explore on foot with a strong Roman heritage with lots of museums and a magnificent cathedral but also a wealth of shops, cafes and restaurants. It's only a 25-minute drive to the gorgeous, sandy beaches of Narbonne-plage and Gruissan. An oasis of calm in the vibrant, charming and cultural city of Narbonne.
Cons: Given the wealth of fresh produce from the area, it would have been nice to have had more fruit and a wider choice of cereals at breakfast but having said that, the quality of food on offer was very good with lots of bread, patisseries, fresh orange juice and delicious hone-made yoghurt.

Cons: Bed was a little too firm
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very good location but still quiet area. The room had high ceiling, some splendor and a discreet airconditioning. The reception and common areas are very stylish.
Cons: The wc was dripping and time to time refilled the water in the middle of the night. The washing basin had a crack in it.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great area, nice room.
Cons: Elements of breakfast (such as eggs brouillé) not so great.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and generous with their recommendations and time. The bed, spacious room and shower were all excellent and I slept like a log! The breakfast buffet is generous and constantly renewed but noise levels early in the morning were still kept to civilised levels. The garage facilities were super helpful and the location couldn’t have been better for strolling around the city. And lastly, I found everyone in Narbonne friendly and welcoming. A must!
Cons: The only fault was a large corner of the bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned, leaving stains and hair from other guests.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: A lovely hotel superbly located in the centre of the historic part of town. It is near to the cathedral, the Canal de la Robine and many restaurants. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the buffet breakfast is superb.

Pros: The staff were extremely helpful and attentive as well as being easy-going.
7,5 Good
Pros: The staff at reception were wonderful. They recommended very good restaurants for dinner and in general could not have ben more helpful. The location was convenient. close to the river, the train station and car rental agencies. For the type of hotel, the breakfast was surprisingly excellent and included almost anything you could want.
Cons: The rooms were super noisy. You could hear everyone talking in the hall, and unfortunately you could hear every toilet flush like it was running through your room. Not a very desirable situation.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Perfectly located for exploring Narbonne. On-site parking was one reason why we chose this hotel, which was a very wise decision, given the limited on-street parking options. We received a warm welcome from the very helpful and pleasant staff. Very good breakfast. We would certainly return to this hotel if we were to return to Narbonne. It represented very good value for money and had everything we required for a very pleasant stay.
Cons: Nothing we can think of.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The atmosphere and sense of history. Tall ceilings helped. Staff first rate
Cons: Everything was right for a three star hotel. Breakfast excellent

Pros: The food in the restaurant was really good, and the hosts were a tremendous source of information on the area and wines. A really nice, friendly and well managed hotel.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: What a lovely surprise as I searched looking for a quality hotel near the freeway. We were not disappointed. The owner is super friendly and knowledgeable regarding wines in this region. As other clients were off to the nearby beaches we spent the afternoon around a well maintained pool with a few drinks. Beautiful trees surround the hotel creating a peaceful ambience and there is plenty of parking. We could have spent more time in the region and will come back to this hotel.
Cons: Given the value it would be nitpicking.
7,0 Good
Pros: Ok hotel with nice pool and dated interior
Cons: The main man we dealt with was clearly tired of welcoming guests that day & came across badly to me. Not something I was expecting. We had travelled far with our 3 children. He only gave eye contact to my husband and I didn’t feel welcome. Thankfully his team were warmer and made us feel comfortable. The pool was a nice plus. Onsite restaurant fine. We spent a lot, which as a family of 5 is usual. Just wish the service matched the bill. It was ok for a one night stop, but don’t rush there.

6,3 Good
Pros: Friendly staff. Comfortable bed.
Cons: Room, bathroom and toilet way too small (pictures on booking.com are seriously deceiving). Needs ‘another’ refurb (bathroom & toilet). €3.50 for a 33cl can of beer was 50 cents more than a beer on the sea front in Narbonne!!

I stayed there while passing through Narbonne to break up a 14 hour drive, I wont make that mistake again.

Pros: Comfortable, clean, friendly staff, and very close to the motorway (which we didn’t hear). Excellent value. I’ve used this hotel on numerous occasions and I will use it again.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything is just great, the location, the easiness to check in the room..just a wonderful place to stay when on route
Cons: The extra bed is a bit too small for a grownup person.
7,5 Good
Pros: Breakfast is good.
Cons: we booked a double room but we had a bunk bed above of our double bed.
7,5 Good
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the property was close to the highway for easy access. There were a number of restaurants nearby.Perfect for a one night stay in between cities.
Cons: The breakfast buffet could be improved by adding a few more items and more selection.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: All clean and in good order. Receptionists very good. Cleaning staff very good. For us the 35 min walk into town was no problem, but some may find it a little far. Sunday car boot sale on car park nearby. Nice walk from town along canal 1hr north west and back. Good parking at hotel.
Cons: The air con fan runs all night even though you can't adjust temperature up or down.

Pros: The staff were helpful, and courteous. One person went to some trouble helping me with the WiFi, which did not work well.
Cons: There was an unpleasant smell in our room, which I guess was to do with a drain. The light above the outside stairwell approaching the landing did not work. Climbing stairs in the dark could be dangerous. The toilet in the reception/breakfast area was not very clean.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is easily accessible from the motorway. The rooms are a decent size and the restaurant is very good.
Cons: The outside of the hotel is looking a little tired and the window boxes should either be filled or removed, same goes for the large flower boxes outside reception and the restaurant. Cleaning the shutters and refreshing the paintwork would also smarten things up.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The parking The kettle , coffee teabag

Pros: Very close to the highway. Kind staff. Pet friendly.
Cons: Extremely small room. Poor breakfast. No minibar. Smelly room.
6,3 Good
Pros: Very friendly staff, close to motorway, clean.
Cons: Next time I would head for the nearby beach. Dining option is pretty bad - no veg options. The two joined family rooms we had reserved were unavailable on arrival. No outside area for children and not an interesting area to walk around.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent position near shops and automotive. This was our third/fourth visit ... Excellent and staff very helpful. Restaurant. Convenient and reasonably priced . Highly recommend.
Cons: Not a lot !
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Good facilities including a good Wi Fi. Parking easy and free. The restaurant was particularly good serving good valued meals with a wide choice. The restaurant fills quickly so book a table or eat early! Tricky to find so I used the Hotel co ordinates on my Sat Nav. Close to the motorway though. Narbonne centre is a 30 minute walk or a 10 minute car ride. There are plenty of free parking spaces and it is a nice town centre with the canal.
Cons: The room was quite small. Adequate for a 1 night stopover.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The bed was so comfortable
Cons: Breakfast was good but quite simple
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Second stay at hotel so we knew what to expect. The rooms are cramped. Breakfast is a buffet but not a great selection. Hotel restaurant is very good. Location is exteremely good for access to the motorway.
Cons: Breakfast could be improved
7,0 Good
Pros: This is an Ibis Hotel and it does what it says on the box. There are no frills. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful.
Cons: No hand towels in the bathroom and no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, something that most hotels do offer. When we went down to breakfast there were no croissants, very little bread and nowhere to sit so we left it 10 minutes or so and the situation was rectified. It appeared that the very nice young lady on reception was also in charge of filling up supplies on the buffet, if so they need to employ another person.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: New walk in shower, coffee maker, computer power socket. Perfect steaks.
Cons: Poor frites.....were baked not fried perhaps???
7,5 Good
Pros: Excellent for breaking up long motorway drive. Cheap and cheerful. Located close to motorway.
Cons: Nothing. It was fit for purpose. No surprises.
6,3 Good
Pros: The staff
Cons: Towels were dirty, and it is very expensive.

6,3 Good
Pros: It was easy to find and the people were quite nice and even recommended a great place to eat.
Cons: Overall, the place is a bit run-down. The rooms were a tad dusty and the corridors were quite dark. However, if you are going to just sleep for like a night, it works out fine.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was adequate. Staff on duty at breakfast very chirpy and inviting.
Cons: On arrival and allocation of our room, it was nothing like the pictures on the internet and therefore rather disappointing.
8,8 Excellent
Cons: called the hotel to check if garage was available but the staff available at that time did not speak english.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Helpful staff, good location
Cons: Air con was inefficient but screen only needed to be serviced then would be ok
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Very central, receprionist very helpful. It was one of the quietist hotels I've ever stayed in no traffic or outside noise at all
Cons: Nothing to add
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Central location, quiet building, helpful staff. Easy access to the rail station and historical city centre.
Cons: The hotel is close to a junction with several crossing points for pedestrians. Easier to use than it appears as all have lighting controls.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Good Location - central and value for money
8,0 Excellent
Pros: It's a short walk away from the historic area and the river--so it's not a very pretty location, but again, I wasn't expecting luxury for that price. We stayed one night and that was just fine for us. Staff was friendly (and one of them spoke good English), the room was clean and I was very happy that it had working A/C that got pretty cold at night. We parked on the street and our car was safe. It's very close to a lot of restaurants and the river walk. Free wi-fi is great.
Cons: The price is a little steep for very few amenities. The fact that reception is closed for a big chunk of the afternoon is a bit of a pain, specially if you're arriving early, or if you want to park in their garage, or have questions after 8pm. The pillows weren't very comfortable.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfectly located, jut a short walk from the canal and the old quarter. Nice rooms; nothing too fancy, but perfectly fit for purpose.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: On street parking and garage parking were available. Hotel was clean. Bathrooms were renovated and looked nice.
Cons: No attendant after 8pm. Make sure to message the hotel if you will be there later than 8pm. Some furniture in the rooms (such as the desks were quite dated). The walls needed a bit of touch up paint from scuffs.
