10,0 Excellent
Pros: I loved everything about this place! The manager Elodie was wonderful, very helpful, a joy to work with, and she demonstrated excellent communication (bilingual at least) both in person and over text and email. The breakfast was lovely, fresh, had variety in both food and drink and was the perfect start to the day. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable, beautifully decorated and each had unique personality. Everything was super clean, and the climate control was perfect. The nights were quiet, and there were even good means to darken windows as desired. The common areas were incredibly beautiful - a paradise inside and out, including an indoor pool and jacuzzi, varied seating and table areas, and with lush vegetation and flowers everywhere. In sum, I can't imagine staying anywhere else when I am in Narbonne.
Cons: I can't think of a single thing that could have been better for me.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The villa was really quite wacky but it worked very well. Very good breakfast and good recommendations for dinner - La Table du Marche was superb.
Cons: Nothing
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Tranquility
Cons: Hard to think of anything
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Artistic decor tastefully presented in beautiful grounds.
Cons: Nothing
9,0 Excellent
Pros: There is a small reading nook with 2 white-slipcovered armchairs on the balcony—I wanted to stay there all day! THe rooms were cool, both in temperature and decor, and temp was easily adjustable. Great outside socializing space, very quiet area, but easy walk by the canal to the ‘old city’ and market area.
Cons: A little tricky to find, and the hothouse atmosphere of the main floor was warmer and damper than I preferred, but everyone I travelled with loved it.

Cons: Bed was a little too firm
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast spread wasn't interesting, we only had it for the 1st day and didn't continue.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved our stay here in early October My husband and I thought the staff were so wonderful and kind. We had an upgraded room and it was so lovely... very spacious and it included a desk and a couple of chairs.. Loved the modern walk-in shower which is a rare find when traveling Europe. Really nice how the staff has a drink station set up near the lobby which also included croissants for their guests. I would definitely stay here again!!
Cons: Nothing!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful room and beautiful views. Stylish hotel. Staff friendly and helpful and a short walk to the centre. Loved it.
Cons: Nothing
8,0 Excellent
Pros: A great location, just a few blocks from the Cathedral and the canal. Our room was spacious, with plenty of horizontal surfaces in the bathroom.
Cons: The desk staff was efficient but didn't make too much of an effort to go beyond that. For example, they arranged a taxi to the train station (which arrived early!) but didn't warn us that it would cost 15 euro for a 5-minute ride.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We were visiting friends in Narbonne and the hotel was well situated for us. Not too far from the station, close to everything that we wanted to do. I could highly recommend this hotel when visiting Narbonne.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beds were super confortable, the room was very cozy and had everything we could ask for (boiler, good heaters+AC, dryer, soft towels...). The personnel were very nice too. Location is 200m from the main square in a quiet street.
Cons: Nothing
9,6 Excellent
Pros: We only had breakfast on the last morning as we quite like to go out and eat in the local area. However, it was a very good breakfast. Also we hadn't realised that they do a smaller continental breakfast at a lower price which we may have had if we'd seen it earlier. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet and comfortable with tea and coffee (no milk!) The bathroom was modern and clean with dual shower. Sadly it was raining on one of the days, but they had umbrellas to borrow - fab! The hotel was very conveniently close to a good range of shops and restaurants. Overall excellent.
Cons: The only thing was lack of a safe in the room. You can leave valuables at the desk in their safe, but we always find it cumbersome to get stuff out when you need it during your stay, much prefer the convenience of a safe in the room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean room. Helpful staff. 2-3 minute walk to city centre.
Cons: Nothing.

Cons: 7.50 euro a pint. No condiments with evening meal room service. Forgot orange juice with breakfast in room. Breakfast expensive.
2,5 Mediocre
Pros: Restaurant was quite nice, breakfast was tasty with a wide selection
Cons: Charged my card twice for the room when I checked in and then tried to charge me again when I checked out. If I hadn’t if checked my card balance about 1 hour after I checked in I wouldn’t of been aware of any of it.
7,5 Good
Pros: Welcoming staff willing to help us as customers Decent breakfast options. Free for one kid if an adult pays for his / her own breakfast (and for the same chosen option only : buffet or light one) Pleasant design inside
Cons: Pretty old building, poor aspect from the outside for the number of stars. Soundproof not very good in the rooms Price of a 4 but comfort of a 3 stars based upon my personal experience We chose that hotel for the options given for electric cars... many for Tesla only one for others and it was not working... but again friendly staff who help to plug our car with the domestic one.

7,0 Good
Pros: Placement of the hotel is pretty convienient if you want to stop on the way, it is very close to the highway and has a large shopping area nearby with some nice restaurants and a cinema. Hotel is rather clean,
Cons: The corridor where our room was had a strong tobacco, which was unpleasant. The room and bathroom are pretty small, but for the price of the hotel it is acceptable.
7,1 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, reasonably sized room.
Cons: The bunk bed over the double was unmade, while it got too hot to sleep at night. Air Con didn't seem to do much. Smallest shower curtain in the world and shower head was a replacement which didn't fit the fittings so couldn't be adjusted.
6,3 Good
Cons: Our bedroom was somewhat noisy since its window didn't isolate properly and it faced a nearby road.
6,3 Good
Pros: Welcoming staff
Cons: The pillows were very small and flat
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Worth the price. Chain hotel, simple, not many facilities, not central, but comfortable, cheap. We had a good sleep
Cons: Nothing special. It's located in a industrial area, so you need a car
6,7 Good
Pros: The staff
Cons: Difficult to find directions supplied didn't give enough information
7,9 Good
Pros: Located next to the highway, so is perfect if you drive through and need a bed for a night. Self-checking automat at the entrance. We got a room on the other side to highway, so it was not really noisy. In general, we expected the worst while booking but it came out to be much better. No surcharge for dogs.
Cons: The breakfast on weekend start at 9.30, which is a bit late.
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: The guy on reception was lovely and very helpful
Cons: Noise from the road was ridiculous, hotel decor terrible, breakfast terrible I think it was €6.60 I had one look and decided not to bother. Room horrible, woke up with itchy spots on my back neck and arms from whatever the hell was living in the bed. €46 for the night I guess you get what you pay for. I stayed there while passing through Narbonne to break up a 14 hour drive, I wont make that mistake again.

Pros: Everything as expected. Staff was super friendly, getting to the city was more than easy and not far to walk. The only mistake we made was not paying extra for air conditioning.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Good location for The Grand Buffet.
6,3 Good
Cons: AC was available in our room but didn‘t work. Instead a noisy fan was placed in the room. The beds were much too soft, the room itself was very tiny. All in all a cheap room for one night - not more. The missing AC functionality was certainly the biggest problem in a hot summer night.

Pros: near the high-way
Cons: Small room

Cons: Lady in the morning was extremely rude as o posed to all other stuff members that we encountered in last few years staying here. She should not be anywhere near customers.

The rooms are all equipped with Sweet Bed by ibis bedding, a shower, toilet and flat-screen TV. The hotel is fully air conditioned and the WIFI is free! Several breakfast menus are available and pets are welcome too (charges apply).
5,0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Noisy
6,0 Good
Pros: This is a very budget hotel on the outskirts of town and close to the highway. If you need a cheap place to stay, this place will do the trick, but don't expect much. We opted not to have breakfast so I can't comment on that, but I did notice that they had meals available for dinner as well, which is a nice touch for such a budget hotel (especially if you arrive late). The room was clean and the sheets and pillows were decent
Cons: There is no separate bathroom. There is a separate toilet with a door, but the shower opens directly into the room and the sink is just in the room open to everything. The third bed in our room was not made up (there was just a bag with clean linens and an extra towel inside) and I had to put the sheets on the bed. Not ideal, but at 40 euros a night for a triple, I can handle it.
1,0 Poor
Pros: It was clean, well situated
Cons: No electricity from 6 in the morning, means no light, no shower...
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location for us as we wanted nothing more than somewhere near the motorway to rest our heads and eat! Easy to find from A9. Located on an industrial area but plenty of options for eating in the evening. The friendly guy on reception recommended the nearest one - Courte Paille grill, and gave us a 15% discount voucher. We enjoyed a very good meal there. Security on site is very good, the free car park and rooms have coded access.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Fully met my expectations.
Cons: Nothing to state
7,5 Good
Pros: Location is great What you get for the price is great
Cons: Restroom quite small

5,8 Okay
Pros: Clean and comfortable with good shower and friendly staff.
Cons: Nothing else nearby. 2 small pots of milk for 2 people isn’t enough. Food was poor compared to other Campaniles. I asked for my burger to be cooked medium and it was as dry as a bone. Bread was stale and rock hard. Unusual for Campanile.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were excellent. Could not do enough to help.
Cons: Breakfast was poor. Would have been nice to have a choice of a cooked breakfast.
5,8 Okay
Cons: The staff are rude and bad tempered and everything is too much trouble. If you are on mountain bikes as we were it isn’t to easy to escape and so we elected to dine there. One of our group did not have a starter and her main course arrived as we were beginning our starter, there was then a huge delay before our main courses arrived. We were polite the staff were sullen. At breakfast there were no spoons we asked for some and got teaspoons I then asked for larger spoons and got a heavy sigh followed by stamping off to the kitchen and a four minute delay before the arrival of two spoons - there were 4 of us. I guess we were meant to share.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, secure parking
Cons: All good

6,3 Good
Pros: It was easy to find and the people were quite nice and even recommended a great place to eat.
Cons: Overall, the place is a bit run-down. The rooms were a tad dusty and the corridors were quite dark. However, if you are going to just sleep for like a night, it works out fine.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location is the big plus. We walked into the city center the two days that we stayed. It's a good walk but definitely doable. The rooms are quiet and well insulated from other guests although we were on the street side. They had wonderfully fluffy soft blankets!
Cons: Parking would be a hassle but we were very lucky to get a spot in front of the hotel. They do have limited underground parking for 10 euros a day. The breakfast was basic for 10 euros a day, not much variety. Good chocolatines though! Didn't find anything exceptional around for dining.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: The room was quite spacious.
Cons: The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. The bed was also very uncomfortable with a tiny pillow
2,5 Mediocre
Pros: No things
Cons: No thing
4,6 Okay
Pros: It looked better inside than outside. Breakfast was ok. Clean but basic.
Cons: The beds and pillows were very hard. Looked very rough from outside and not in best of areas.
7,1 Good
Pros: The lady on reception was extremely helpful and efficient. The room was adequate and quiet. Parking available on site
Cons: No check-in till 4p.m. Bathroom very small and no light for shower. Only one towel provided per person. Almost no space for clothes
7,9 Good
Pros: It's a short walk away from the historic area and the river--so it's not a very pretty location, but again, I wasn't expecting luxury for that price. We stayed one night and that was just fine for us. Staff was friendly (and one of them spoke good English), the room was clean and I was very happy that it had working A/C that got pretty cold at night. We parked on the street and our car was safe. It's very close to a lot of restaurants and the river walk. Free wi-fi is great.
Cons: The price is a little steep for very few amenities. The fact that reception is closed for a big chunk of the afternoon is a bit of a pain, specially if you're arriving early, or if you want to park in their garage, or have questions after 8pm. The pillows weren't very comfortable.

Pros: Very pleasant and comfortable. Nice terrace. On an industrial estate along with some other hotels but perfectly pleasant, with places to eat and easy access from the motorway. I walked into Narbonne suburbs for dinner, it's a 30 min stroll into the centre or a few minutes by car.
Cons: No complaints. It's not a character place for a holiday stay, but convenient if you're passing through.
