Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, which is convenient for exploring the city and accessing major attractions. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with service, describing staff as unhelpful, arrogant, or even rude. Cleanliness is another concern, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, worn linens, and lack of regular housekeeping. Bed comfort receives criticism due to broken or uncomfortable beds. Additionally, guests feel the value for price is poor, citing unexpected extra charges and a lack of amenities. Overall, while the location is a strong point, the hotel falls short in service, cleanliness, comfort, and value.
