Pros (+) Room was clean and quiet from outside noise. Bed was comfortable. Location was central and easily accessible. Staff was TERRIFIC. Remembered me specifically from an earlier phone call and the next morning called instantly to tell us husband forgot his jacket so we had not travelled far. Refrigerator provided and microwave was great addition. Breakfast was provided and was quite adequate. Coffee, j...

Pros (+) Nicely remodeled, new furniture, comfortable beds. Also a nice breakfast room with great tasting coffee.

Pros (+) Like a 1950s motel, wonderful beds, nice breakfast. Have stayed here repeatedly over the years. Cheaper through Kayak than direct from them.

Cons (-) I was disappointed with the staff's inexperience and complete unwillingness to help because I booked wth a 3rd party. The receptionist was sarcastic, laughed at me, and had poor customer service.

Pros (+) I've stayed here before and came back because 1) the price is reasonable compared to other Napa motels 2) the history of the place (think Hollywood) is intriguing) 3) Nice pool and lawn with BBQ 3) Free continental breakfast
Cons (-) Free WiFi was weak but usable in my room. It is better in other rooms.
