I have been in Napa Valley for 6 months and have rented cars from Enterprise 6 different occasions. Sami was always pleasant and professional. That is a very busy car rental office and every time I was there it was busy and Sami and her Staff where always happy and eager to accommodate. YOU can always tell when a location has a good leader by the way the Staff treats their guests and their attitude. I have told all the associates and concierge to use and refer Enterprise Rent a Car on Soscol Road in Napa Valley. Love and will miss you Sami!!! Mary Beth GualtieriHertz
