Pros: The hotel is a little bit far from Omoromachi Station, it might takes you several minutes to walk. However, Naha Main Place is close to the hotel. There are supermarket, food court, restaurants, shops, convenient store and etc. You don't have to worry about food and grocery. I love this. Breakfast only offered from 6:30 to 9:00, but it was quite good and with Okinawan characteristics.

Cons: I booked one room for 4 people. The hotel adds 2 more beds in an extra large double room. I don't think that is a good method. We even have nowhere to walk and put our suitcases. It would be more comfortable to book 2 rooms for a 4-member Family.

Pros: The location was easy to get to from the monorail, and we were greeted in a warm and friendly manner. Check-in was quick and easy, and soon found that our rooms were spacious and spotless. The breakfast buffets in the hotel were delicious, and had plenty of options to suit varying palates. The staff are super helpful with inquiries and even recommended a couple of their favourite places to eat and shop in the neighbourhood. Points of interest were easily accessible either by the bus terminal that was just around the corner, the monorail that was close by, or by walking and exploring the neighbourhood. No complaints here! We would really like to stay here again!

This is the First Added Value to this Four Star Hotel. This is my second stay, in two years, in this hotel. And its location is strategic as it is just 10-15 minutes walk to the main International Street in Naha City i.e. Kokusai Dori and to the Ryu Bo Shopping Mall. There are plenty of convenient stores and restaurants around the hotel radius. Pay a little extra and have a River View Room. The view worth the money. Onoyama Park is just cross the road. Very lovely park if you like to see green landscape and to walk or practice running. And for karate enthusiasts, there is a monument in this park for O-Sensei Funakoshi Ghichin the karate master who brought Okinawan karate to the mainland Japan. A quite mono rail station is just few minutes away from the hotel. Very useful transportation mean.

Cons: Breakfast spread was limited, only ate 1 in 3 days as the spread does not motivate me to wake up early. No bottled water provided.

Cons: Room size was rather small for a family room. Bathroom and toilet are just adequate with one basin. No bottled drinking water provided. During our stay, construction work was happening across our room window.

Pros: The rooms were roomy and had lovely seaviews. We were travelling as family and the hotel kindly accomodated with rooms next to each other. The staff looked after us well during the stay. We bought passes which allowed us unlimited access to the spa/onsen, which was good value and utterly relaxing. There were nice local restaurants in the vicinity, and convenient to either walk or take a cab to the Naha pottery and main shopping areas, including the Naha International Street. It is also right at the harbour where one can take ferries to islands. We will try that next time!

Cons: - Bathroom was kind of dirty and easily got water everywhere when someone showered - The bed was very hard and the pillow was super flat - 10-15 minute walk from the nearest station. So it’s nice that it was by the ocean, but also quite a long walk with luggage both ways - The provided towels for showering with were hand towel size - Space was lacking in the 4 person room, so with all the luggage and everyone moving around it got pretty cramped - One of our group stayed in a mixed dormitory, and he was very uncomfortable as the bathroom had no wall separating the shower from the rest, his roommates were loud, and kept the AC off. I’d recommend going with your own group to get a room so you can control as many comfort factors as possible - Overall, I understand most of the complaints are a result of the price range, but I’ve stayed in nicer places for the same amount of money so I think it’s worth mentioning

Pros: The staff was kind and friendly and was willing to help us reserve a taxi the next morning to Naha port. It's also really close to another harbor which has boats that take you to another Okinawan island. The hotel is close to places with many restaurants and stores. You're also close to a hot spot for international travelers.
Cons: The room was super tiny for a one bedroom. Maybe if it was just yourself staying it's okay, but even then it was small; for 2 people, it's really crowded. The staff gets nervous if they learn they have to speak to you in English (I am bilingual in English and Japanese so they were relieved, but be prepared if you don't know Japanese). The cleanliness was just so-so. Maybe because the rooms are old they look worn down. The room also had a funky smell. The bed's comfortability could have been better, in my opinion.

Pros: Bed size is good for two people. I have reserved an eco room, but the hotel still clean up the trash and add the toiletries and towels, except changing the bed sheet. The receptionist help me to reserve the restaurant. It is a very nice hotel.
