Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the airport and metro, making it convenient for travelers. Cleanliness is generally appreciated, with several reviews noting clean rooms and well-maintained spaces. However, there are recurring complaints about the quality of service, particularly at the front desk, with reports of unprofessional and unfriendly behavior, booking issues, and lack of hospitality. Some guests also mention maintenance problems, noise disturbances, and overpriced food. Overall, while the location and cleanliness are strong points, service improvements are needed.
