Pros: I like Mr Matsushita one of front desk staff , he is very nice and kind guy who help me so much and solve some problems for me during my stay in this hotel
Cons: They do not put mosquito repellent in the room , a mosquito bite me inside my room probably comes from the main door
7,1 Good
Pros: The Hilton Nagoya is located 15-20 minutes walk from Nagoya Station. The breakfast was wonderful which included a wide variety of international food. In our room you could choose from a variety of pillow types which I was grateful for a better nights sleep.
Cons: Parking was not included and very expensive. The floor we were staying on and our bedroom had this lingering stale smell in the air. The bathroom shampoo and soap was unpleasant and the “spa” or Japanese style bath was perhaps the worst I’ve ever been to.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Easy access, having airport limousine stops at the hotel is a huge plus.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Hospitality
Cons: None
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast, shuttle bus stop to the airport, 20 mins walk to station and central business area
7,5 Good
Pros: Fast check-in and check-out process. Spacious room.
Cons: Old matress stained with tobacco. The hotel has cancelled the shuttle between Nagoya station and hotel. Although it's very convenient to get a taxi, it will be splendid for hot summer days.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Good location and friendly service.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were excellent. The location was excellent. The room was excellent.
Cons: Nothing
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The check-in staff were efficient and friendly. The concierge was helpful. He helped us to make reservation in a resturant in Takayama . The breakfast was good with plenty of varieties and value for money. If you plan to book this hotel within this year, try to book a room with centennial breakfast for $100 (Japanese Yen) for each guest, because Hilton Hotel is celebrating their 100th anniversary. The location is fairly convenient. If you go from (going to ) the airport to/from the hotel, I would advise you to take the airport shuttle bus as it stops right at the hotel, though it runs hourly per bus. If you take train, it is advisable to go directly to Central Train station and then call a taxi. Do not take subway if you carry heavy luggage. Though it is closed to the hotel, yet you need to walk about at least 15 mins from the subway station to the hotel. Furthermore, you need to find the right exit closer to the hotel.
Cons: Nil
9,4 Excellent
Pros: The personnel were very helpful and also went out of their way to make everything right. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the junior suites are quite large by Japanese hotel standards, and well appointed. Efficient A/C with room controls is welcomed in the Japanese humid summers, and included breakfast is varied and high quality along with the serving staff.
Cons: I ONLY have two slight negatives. One is that the location isn't ideal for those using public transport. If one is hauling a couple suitcases, it's probably too far from the main train station to walk, and riding the subway one stop goes a bit too far and requires a few blocks walk back--the closest exit from the closest subway station is the farthest from the platform and requires climbing the stairs. The second slight negative is the price, it's a little high but then if you appreciate the service, cleanliness and size of the rooms, it's not bad.
7,5 Good
Pros: Very efficient check-in and check-out, nice and friendly staff
Cons: No dining option available after 9pm other than in-room.

Pros: Right next to Kanayama train station. You can go straight to and from airport. Has sky bar but closes early at 12 midnight and last order at 11.30pm. Go to the authentic unagi restaurant just a few minutes from the hotel. Perfect! Like most Japanese hotels, you really have to check in in afternoon. Like clock work. The rooms are much bigger than most I stayed in Japan. In fact slightly smaller than American sizes. Has nice big and deep bath tub.
5,0 Okay
Pros: next to train station and the warm, helpful, friendly and welcoming staff
Cons: the smoke and smell of cigarettes from smoking floors seeping through the AC system into our non smoking room on non smoking floor. We breathed poison for 3 nights and all our clothes wreaked of cigarette smell. Also, breakfast was way below par for the price that was charged.

Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Planning an event in Nagoya? This hotel has facilities measuring 7586 square feet (705 square meters), including a meeting room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Tokyo Daiichi Nishiki is another one of my go to hotels when I visit Nagoya. Rooms are actually a bit difficult to come by. This hotel is very popular with Japanese businessmen. The location is outstanding and right in the heart of the nightlife district of Sakae. There are great restaurants in the area, coffee houses, karaoke, shopping and the train station. I think many Japanese businessmen stay here not only because the rooms are nice and large and the cost is low, but because there are alot of hostess clubs nearby which they frequent. Note to foreigners, those clubs are not open to foreigners unless you are introduced by a Japanese person. Anyway the rooms are quite large and they have the most comfortable pillows I have ever slept on. The staff is awesome, the rooms are large and clean and the location is fantastic.
Cons: I don't not have any negative comments. This hotel is great when you can get rooms. They are usually booked way in advance which is the only minus I feel about this hotel.
7,9 Good
Pros: The location is good! Convenience Store just located on the ground floor, easy to buy food and drink. Room is spacious and clean.
Cons: The power of the hair dryer is weak, and no facility for hanging the wet clothes inside the bathroom.

We found that The bus time table he gave is Airport to Nagoya, we suppose to have Nagoya to airport !!!!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Clean, tidy, location, new...
Cons: I got a smoking 4th floor, it smells....
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is easy to reach. It is 2 stops away from Nagoya’s main train station and a really short walk from the subway stop.
Cons: There is no visible English-language sign outside the hotel, which made the hotel harder to find. Google directs you to the back entrance, which confused me even more.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is good.they have lots of freebies
Cons: There's no airconditioning in the room during spring time
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel foods excellent and the staff friendly and always greeted me with a smile. If i ever make it back to Nagoya i will definately stay there again.

The room was very comfortable - one of the biggest we had during our 3 week trip in Japan. We didn't have much contact with any staff members but the ones we did talk with were very pleasant. The location is excellent for transportation, shopping and entertainment. The hotel is accessible by subway but we sure you know which exit to use from the Sakae station as it is huge! A taxi from the station was 1600 in a rainy rush hour and it was the best money we spent in Nagoya! We did make our way back to the station by subway once we had our bearings.
Cons: We purchased the breakfast one of the mornings we were there. The breakfast room is in the basement and is a little dark for my taste. The buffet was a mostly Japanese affair but there are some western choices (bread, eggs, little boxes of cereal) for those wanting a change from the rice/miso/fish breakfast.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: It was near lots of nice restaurants and had a highball bar a short walk away. Only a couple of stops on the subway from the Shinkansen. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was spacious for Japan
Cons: Nothing to not like
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location: -just few minutes walk to the airport bus station. -many restaurtant around -3 24hrs conventient stores around the hotel
Cons: - there is a smell in the restroom
8,5 Excellent
Pros: Great central location. Getting to and from Nagoya Station could get hard with luggages, so we caught a taxi to the hotel instead. Sakae Station is easily accessible, just a few minute walk from Beat Western. Starbucks is connected to it so it was great having quality coffee before we venture out.
Cons: Ac wasn’t working, I tried to get another room but it was hard to communicate with the night staff. There is no maintenance personnel to fix it, nor was there a manager you could talk to regarding the issue after 9pm. They did give a fan however which turned out ok since it was cold from the outside.
7,9 Good
Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and the location is great
Cons: Air con was very moderate, shower a bit dated
7,9 Good
Pros: Great location very near to Nagoya city centre. Parking was also relatively painless with a carpark just across the road associated with the hotel (tight squeeze though, for compact cars only). Sufficient variety for breakfast, and the staff were always helpful.
Cons: Rooms could be better, as it was quite cramped for three people and a couple of luggage cases.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to the train station and shopping area
7,5 Good
Pros: good quality standars
Cons: nothing to mention
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great Location. Great restaurants nearby. Shuttle to the airport just 2 minutes walk.
5,8 Okay
Cons: This accomodation was really small. We had two rooms booked for 5 people. Paid 1/3 more for the ‘Hollywood’ room with 3 people only to find it was identical to the double room we booked for 2 people. The air conditioning didn’t cool the room the first night. We were able to have an additional fan on the second night and it was better.

Cons: Nothing
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Nice staff Nice and clean place
Cons: Very small rooms
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Good place for good price, clean, friendly, car parking for 1500 YEN.
2,2 Mediocre
Pros: Has a laundry mechines.
Cons: I have been staying with Mystays hotels since I've been in Japan the last month. However this particular hotel has failed miserably. The whole duration I stayed here I kept the do not disturb sign on the door as usual, this morning before I left I made the bed myself and cleaned the room and turned the lights off then left. How ever when I returned this evening I came back to a room with all of my bedding ripped of my bed and the pillow cases of my pillows and all sitting in a chair as if they left my room in the middle of cleaning it. I specifically said for no one to disturb my room. I am disgusted by the staff that they chose to enter the room when I stated I didn't want any one in and the fact they dissassembled my bed and didn't have the courtesy to fix it. This is my worst experience I have had with any hotel in my entire life. I feel as if my money was stolen from me, being charged the night fee just to have this happen. Completely unacceptable.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: They provide phone charger, two types of pillow, and laundry machine(300yen). Location is nice, near the metro station and there are convenient stores and restaurants nearby. To wrap it up, I think it’s a value choice compared to hostel.
Cons: There’s a smell in the toilet.
