Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's excellent location, beautiful views of Brindavan Gardens, and spacious rooms with large balconies. Many appreciated the heritage charm and friendly staff, with some highlighting good food and breakfast. However, there were frequent complaints about slow or poor service, maintenance issues, and cleanliness, especially in bathrooms and public areas. The lack of elevators posed challenges for seniors, and some felt the property was overpriced for its condition. Overall, the location and views were the standout positives, while service and upkeep need improvement.
