Hospitality is amazing!
Everyone at this hotel goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and helps with everything you need for your stay in Mykonos, from tour reservations to shuttles to the port. My room was clean, modern and had a wonderful balcony overlooking the pool and a sea view. I will definitely be back!

the friendliness of the staff, the location and the setting and decoration
the resort was closing the day we left- it would have been nice if they had packed up after we left

I loved the staff which was very friendly, warm, and accomodating to guests needs. The front desk as well as the restaurant and bar staff were all excellent and beyond reproach. For those of us speaking English, have no worries as everyone spoke it quite well indeed. The restaurant had a varied gourmet menu, and the food was prepared well and tasted delicious every meal around. Over the course of my nine day stay I was hardly tempted to go eat anywhere else. The breakfast buffet was very good as well. The leisurely setting of the bar and restaurant by the pool, and all of it overloking the Mykonos town and sea beyond was extremely relaxing and enjoyable, and it really made the hotel stand out.
The thing that could use some improvement was the houskeeping service. They were not great at cleaning the room thoroughly (especially the bathroom). Also they repeatedly left only one large towel even after being reminded to leave an extra one, or they would forget to leave toilet paper and such. Although this should definitely not be a major focus on a greek island vacation, but the small gym was in a state of disrepair. While some machines were usable, most of them were broken and needed replacement or repair, and some were so rusty that the seat height etc. could not be changed. So the little gym could use some updating and a better cleaning.

The pool and the room were great. Also staff was great. The breakfast was quite delicious and enough in terms of variety. People were really helpful. The location let us easy acces to city center and to the beaches but you definitely need a car to go to the different beaches in the island. Thanks for everything.
