Pros: The hotel staff were great! The room was super clean and better than we anticipated, especially since we had a full kitchenette. The continental breakfast was delicious. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Staybridge and would stay there again!

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location: close to I-15, lots of restaurants in walking distance. Newer hotel so everything is still in great condition. I even liked the toiletries: shampoo/conditioner/soap/lotion, which is rare. Great food amenities.
Cons: My only suggestion is to keep the Coke soda fountain open 24 hrs/7 days a week. HUGE incentive to stay!!! Honestly, if that info was on the website and it was choosing between 2 hotels, I'd choose the complimentary Diet Coke. :)

Pros: Expected payment.via Pay Pal. They did not take Pay Pal so I paid with a credit card. No big deal but disappointed. Anticipated 6 month zero interest payment plan but had to pay all on next credit card billing. In Murray for son’s medical emergency. I’m retired and 6 month zero interest is easy on limited cash flow.

Pros: Nicest hotel I've ever been in. I can not think of one thing lacking!!! It was beautiful. Staff was GREAT, FRIENDLY, AND VERY COURTEOUS!!!!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: I loved that there was a washer and dryer for free. The free breakfast was a nice touch, although it was not spectacular. The room was pretty big and clean.
Cons: I can't think of one thing that I didn't like.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff and location
Cons: Everything was great.
4,8 Okay
Pros: Friendly staff convenient location clean facilities
Cons: I paid for a king spa suite. They did not have the room I PAID for when I got there. They charged my card twice!. They put me in a 'spa room' that had been taken off the 'list' because it was being maintained for someone smoking in the room. Leaving my clothes smelling like smoke and aggravating my sinus. There was no chair becaise the previous guestswho smoked in the room, had broken the chair also. This room should not have been given to me. Overall the communication between this site and the hotel obviously was not clear. Leaving the room I paid for, booked to someone else. This has been more of a pain than it was worth. Also my card was charged for more than my agreed ammount of $127. They charged 140.... TWICE! Overall highly unlikely I'll use this site again for my hotel booking. Very unsatisfied.

7,9 Good
Pros: It was a fun B&B—like a castle. Very handy location for us. Lots of stores nearby. Very good breakfast every morning. Sodas, snacks and bottled water available 24-7.
Cons: We had a lot of luggage since we had to pack for three seasons in one trip. There was no place to unpack and not a lot of floor space. No luggage racks provided so we had to find space on floor to open two very large suitcases and pilfer thru each day and night to find clothes. One vanity/sink in bathroom with not a lot of space for toiletries. No shelves to use anywhere. We used the bathtub for storage; no closet either. Suspect clientele are mostly one or two nighters with roller boards. No reading lamps next to bedsides.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed spending time in the jetted tub. We also liked watching movies on Netflix, which they had available. Breakfast was delicious.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: First off, the staff were very friendly! Very welcoming from the moment they called to confirm my stay to the last day! Breakfast was great! Our rooms were very nice. I've been to places where they rush you to check out but the staff were very nice and understanding! I definitely enjoyed my stay!
Cons: I cant really say I disliked anything. I enjoyed my stay.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was incredibly nice. We were late to breakfast and it was all cleaned up. But then a staff member came out and gave us all the leftovers!! I've never had service like this before. They also had an awesome snack bar with cookies and trail mix. Never had yummy snacks at a hotel either. This was an incredible experience.

Cons: Room got warmer than I prefer At night even with the AC unit running. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay
6,7 Good
Pros: The room was nice and the bed was comfortable
Cons: Black floating stuff in the jacuzzi unsure of what that was ran out of hot fudge and instead of telling us just put chocolate on our sundaes which tasted horrible the breakfast was disappointing the hash browns tasted horrible the bacon was overcooked the the French toast was good
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was delicious! Location excellent. Staff amazing! Great, great getaway!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Quite, almost as if castle belong to us, beautiful gardens, though plastic flowers are tacky and out of place , the natural beauty says it all balcony and building was amazing , the castle artifacts cool . Needs a little design with couple areas in castle theme, like the design in main eating hall and them through entire room, but in all It is a strong 4.7, loved our stay, thank you
Cons: Air conditioning , room was hot, nothing else worth mentioning

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Quick service comfy bed good coffee
Cons: Bath tub isnt deep enough
1,0 Poor
Pros: Convenient location near our mother's senior living.
Cons: They insisted on using driver's license scan for check in. When their scan came up with a name other than mine, but with my address, they were unable to change it! This immediately caused distress because I worried the entire visit about identity theft. When I tried to log into the hotel internet, it wouldn't work with their required name, email address, & phone number system. When I raised the issue with the front desk, they said I had to use the person's name that their system said was mine (not my own name), with my email & phone#! I tried this, & it worked for a little bit, but then my I-phone refused to allow access to the internet with a message that said there was a chance my identity was stolen! After we left the hotel, the internet on my phone worked again without another message regarding identity theft. As soon as I got home I went to the Motor Vehicle office who checked my driver's license three different ways. They said the driver's license was fine, and that there had to be a reading error in the hotel system. I also checked my credit card statements. This whole situation was very distressing & still is. In addition to the driver license, registration, & internet debacle, the first room they gave us had the water turned off to the bathroom sink. When we called down to the front desk, they said yes there was a leak, so the water was shut off. The front desk person did not offer us another room. The next morning we asked for another room. This room had a functional sink, but was very stinky from some previous guest smoking. We left the window open all day for two days. It never got better.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I was displaced, and really upset when I checked in. Tiffany was a delight, she was consoling, caring, and extremely helpful to me. I am a customer service professional, and must say I felt extremely valued. Both Tiffany and Chelsea made me feel very much at home during my stay. These girls represent the kind souls of the world, and I am truly grateful they were there...

5,0 Okay
Pros: View and location
Cons: The rooms were dirty and bugs everywhere. Rooms way over priced for what they offer and their condition.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Staff is friendly and accommodating.
Cons: I expected nothing, yet somehow I was still disappointed. While the location is easy to get to and from, especially if you’re looking for a reasonably priced place to stay to get to the ski areas, the neighborhood itself is terrible. Right across the street from the hotel is a shady parking lot with a bunch of beat-up cars and overflowing trash cans. Being there makes you uncomfortable, and I wouldn’t even walk to the nearby McDonald’s. The room was dated and dirty, with random spots on the walls (how did they even get there?), and a bunch of hair all over the bathroom and floors. For some reason the heater is located near the ceiling, so it took us almost a full day to heat the room so that the floors were not cold. No shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer provided. We stayed at a Motel 6 in a different location right before this one, and they provided all these things. Complimentary coffee is horrible. I’d advise to stay elsewhere if you can. We stayed here because of the pets stay free policy, but next time I’d just rather pay more somewhere else.

Cons: I have sciatica and in pain. I requested a room on the 1st floor. I was put in a room on 2nd floor towards the back. I am a single elderly disabled woman. Was a little apprehensive about being in the back. Plus being in pain from my sciatica I had to walk upstairs and past 4 other rooms to get to my room w/belongings 3 x's to carry as little as possible to make it easier to carry. Still I had a good stay. I needed to rest and I was able to get a good nite sleep. I am staying another nite.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Close to where I needed to go. Close to the freeway. Good bed and temp control worked well.
Cons: Breakfast was very sparse. Needed more variety. Room it was in was VERY sterile.

5,0 Okay

Cons: Bad area and did not feel safe, mattress was a bit stiff, and some stains in bathroom.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The place is completley renovated so it was like going into a new facility We liked the mirror over the sink so much we are going to get one for our home I think the only thing left was a few beds in a few rooms and some upgraded room heat/ air systems The last statment acording to the onsite maintenance person talking to us We would not have an issue going back
Cons: I new going in but the breakfast is very limited Waffles, bread and two cereals But didnt efect the 2 day stay
7,0 Good
Pros: This is a hotel (not a motel). The room was comfortable and reasonably quiet. The free breakfast was very basic, just cereals, toast and waffles. There is a good choice of reasonably priced restaurants nearby. It was about a half hour tram ride into the historic centre of Salt Lake City
Cons: The pool wasn't available, which was a disappointment. The hotel is quite a long way out of the city centre, but there is a tram service that will take you in.
4,0 Okay
Pros: checking out
Cons: staff was rude as hell
7,0 Good
Pros: comfortable
Cons: Two of us, only one set of towels in room. Only a very few tv channels. Not even all the local channels.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Clean, looked like it had been updated (fresh paint, carpet, furniture. )
Cons: Several loud tenants throughout the night. Our room was by the stairs which was also by 1 of the exits. Maybe that's why it was loud. Not sure why a deposit was needed. Must have had problems in the past?
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very good quality price ratio. I would recommend this hotel, cheap price and service ok. I stayed 3 nights (for 130$) in the hotel (January 2020). The hotel was recently renovated. My room was almost new (see pics). Service like in every hotel (room cleaned everyday, towels and soap renewed too). The hotel was clean (no sign of bugs). A bit cold at night but you can get an extra blanket from counter. You can check-in anytime at night (there is a counter until late, I check-in at 1am). Breakfast was standard (bread, toaster, juices, hot/cold beverages and cereals) but enough (see pic). No pet or no guest after 11pm keep hotel quite and safe at night (there is some noise at night coming from works on a near building on construction).
Cons: Nothing
