Pros: Front desk staff were prompt, friendly and helpful. The standard Holiday Inn Express breakfast is pretty good, with several hot items, a pancake machine and Cinnabuns! Room was quiet, good size with a sofa, good mattress, decent LED TV and wifi work station.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was kind of helpful. Great customer service. The room was clean.

Pros: The breakfast was great, the staff are wonderful, rooms are very clean. We would stay there again.
Cons: Everything was fine except the trash bins outside were overflowing and were never emptied during our entire 6 day stay. Seems like just an oversight, as everything else was immaculate. The pool chemicals were out of balance -- the fumes were strong enough to make our eyes sting.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, good staff, great breakfast/reception
Cons: One day there were a bunch of screaming kids in the pool
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The lobby looks great when you walk in. I enjoyed the complimentary light dinner and hot breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Clean rooms.
Cons: I was not greeted properly at check-in. It almost felt dismissive. No smile. Nothing inviting about the experience. 2 reps were servicing other customers and I waited patiently to be next in line. One of the reps finished with his customer, ignored me and started doing something else. Then turned to his partner, said something and left the desk. The other rep was very "engaged" with his customer. I waited patiently as they wrapped things up. The customer departed and I stood there for about a minute, before I was acknowledged and asked to the desk. If Im not mistaken, the individual at the desk looked at me and said "Yes?". No, "How are you doing?" or "How may I help you?" Further, after receiving my room key, I was not orientated to the property. It resulted in walking the entire length of the 3rd floor with my luggage. My biggest issue was not the hotel or the aminities but the staff. I should not have felt that type of vibe, especially when checking in.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room, super clean, nice facility, good breakfast, friendly staff. Best value for money!
Cons: a little bit away from downtown but no problem for us
10,0 Excellent

9,6 Excellent
Pros: The property was very clean and the staff very nice. Loved being greeted with a cookie every night just like they do at the Doubletree. Rooms were very comfortable!
Cons: The coffee was always out when I went to get some and I didn’t like using the dishes because they didn’t seem that clean.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were very spacious. The bathroom mirror was amazing with the lights around it. Everything was great!
5,8 Okay
Pros: The space we had
Cons: At check in, we arrived an hour after check in time and still had to wait another 45 min for our room to be available. We had just been in a car for over 6 hours with 3 kids so this was a huge inconvenience.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: it had a nice pool with a lot of places to eat arond it

Cons: STARTING TO SHOW IT AGE.

Cons: Was helping my daughter for college and brouggt our puppy with us. My cell battery was low and I was unable to use. When we got ro the hotel, I had a note ob my door that they were going to call animal control for abandoning our dog. (This of course is not true.) My puppy becomes anxiouse when she hears other dogs howling. The room was not a mess and as we checked out we apologized profusely. Then I receive my credit card statement and there was an additional charge for $200 that was not advised. This hotel is not pet friendly and they will not work with you. In addition, they did not want to work with booking.com..
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff is always very friendly
Cons: Didn't know there were visiting hours. Family could not visit after a certain time.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Everything else was great
Cons: The double bed technically cant fit 5 person in 1 room
6,3 Good
Pros: We liked the price and location
Cons: The pictures advertised are the furthest away from what we actually got. The pool is pictured to be a large luxury pool but we got a small pool, grungy sky lights and a garden hose filling the pool up. It looked like someone had puked all over the carpet. The beds we basically a twin and hard as a rock. The breakfast was a joke! It was small, the food was stale and the food was kept in a dirty storage closet next to our table. For a hotel that has a 100+ guests at a time a breakfast room the size of a hotel room and 6 tables isn't going to cut it.
5,4 Okay
Pros: The pool was nice and rooms were good sized
Cons: Beds were uncomfortable, double beds for 3 adults and 2 kids. No cot or roll away beds. Staff was rude when asked about either. When made reservation they said we would all fit comfortably and that was NOT the case.

Pros: Location was great, easy to get to and from. Close by many stores and restaurants.

7,9 Good
Pros: location
Cons: carpets in hallway stained and dirty
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast.
Cons: No Hot water during my showers

Pros: The kitchen
Cons: The room stunk when I checked into it
7,1 Good
Pros: The bed was comfortable. Place was clean.
Cons: The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall on both ends curtain moved to the center is the rod. Bathroom mirror frame was falling apart. Dangerous if it falls off the wall. AC was off when I got to the room. Took until 9:00 to cool down. The room door appears to have been kicked in. Looks like it was glued back together but I questioned the security of the door. Moved a table in front of the door at night.
7,0 Good
Pros: I was looking for some inexpensive lodging. (For me, a hotel is for taking a shower and getting some sleep.) I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the room. The lady at the front desk was very personable.
Cons: The "grab and go breakfast" was pretty minimal. (But it wasn't represented as being more than it was.) Some fresh fruit - apple, banana, orange - and maybe milk (only coffee was offered) would've been nice.
7,5 Good
Pros: Foe the price, I was shocked that the rooms were only cleaned weekly. The selection for breakfast slim. We took our dirty towels to desk to get new ones and had to bag up our trash, walk all the way around the building to take our trash out! No ice machines in building! Not the way I wanted to spend my vacation! Way overpriced for what you get! Staff was wonderful!
Cons: See above
6,0 Good
Pros: I am not a fan of The hotel chain extended stays, however this one was Way above par - well run, clean, Nice landscaping and a good location.
Cons: The room was fine for a short stay but I always find there to be skimpy sheets, Skimpy towels and a hard bed

5,8 Okay
Cons: The front desk lady said some snappy comments to my 10 yr old nephew for no reason. It was un called for and out of line. The bed in the 1st room also had some huge lubrication stain on the bed so the rude lady had to switch us out rooms and she was rude bother times to the child
1,0 Poor
Cons: Them keeping my $300 deposit. Nothing was missing or messed up in my room. But they kept my money
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Great locationer were you could have an activity.
Cons: We forgot a couple personal items when we left the motel we called back and they could not be found. Which means somebody had already picked them up.
4,5 Okay
Pros: The nicest thing I can say is that the hairdryer was good and had its own nice black fabric bag.
Cons: I was there 4 nights in Aug -Among other things, the phone in the room did not work and the a/c was not functioning correctly so we were barely able to cool the room - the last night it shut off completely during the night! No attention was paid to our daily requests to have someone fix these things. Although I did not expect a complete cleaning, it seemed like there was nothing done by housekeeping each day other than replace towels and often not as many as we requested. Although we straightened up our own beds it was obvious there was no effort made to make them or clean anything in the room.
6,3 Good
Cons: You guys had some kind of construction all morning couldn’t sleep in or anything.
4,2 Okay

I have been able to get a good nights rest, which is important for me. The beds are good. I like the location as it is a quick hop onto I-215 to I-15. There are many great restaurants that surround the property. I would recommend this hotel now as it is a good value for a reasonable price.

Pros: This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Apparently it's in a high crime and drug area and the front desk staff is complicit. They sell, use drugs and are open about it. Despicable and disgusting
Cons: Everything
5,8 Okay
Pros: The room was great, the ac unit was quiet, in fact the only thing that was not great about it was. The hotel was being re painted on the outside.
6,3 Good
Cons: I called ahead... Arrived to construction , remodeling,, pool and hot tub closed! Not quiet. Screaming kids.. tiny breakfast!! No coffee pot (had cups creamer coffee).no dressers.. the room was shoveled!
