Great hotel. Great staff. Great location
Everything is close to you when you are at this hotel. The staff are super friendly. The hotel is big and well maintained. Parking spots are all over the place. There are so many facilities by itself in the hotel building. The metro station is 5-7 mins walk away.
No free internet. You get charged an arm and a leg for an hour's worth of use. The only place that you would find Internet is in the lobby. Which is not comfortable.
Room is good more standard than superior. Spa and sauna on top floor very nice and relaxing.
I had to go twice down to reception to have my electronic key getting to work. Very unpleasant with all of your luggage up and down from the 12th floor!
What you expect from a 4-star hotel. A little out of center, but near a subway station and supermarket. Getting to the center is fast and easy.
Internet connection is expensive. If you are on business, expect the surprise. Also, automated mini-bar that charges to the room as soon as you remove something. I removed everything to use it as a mini-fridge, and got a hefty surprise when checking out. However, the staff was friendly and said this happens a lot. The situation was corrected.
Good comfortable hotel. Convenient quiet location (a couple of minutes from metro station, 10 minutes to arrive to Marienplatz). I would advice it more then popular location near central railway station which is really disgusting. Swimming pool was nice.
I was in that area for a Doctor's appointment. The best thing was me sleeping!
The shower head hose leaked. The room was too warm when I arrived, but I just opened the balcony door, so not really a problem.
It was a pleasant stay at the hotel. clean room, extremely helpful staff and a great view of the city, although the balcony had an awful net surrounding the exterior part of the balcony. I definitely suggest this hotel for a stay in Munich.
The hotel is situated far from the city center, although 10 min walk from the closest train station, and the around area is a bit scary at night time. although the general hotel services were fairly nice the jacuzzi was not working and as we found out, they were not working for a long period of time.
large room with seprate living room with kittichen
old fruntiture with bad cleaing( no daily carpet vacuming and never cleaned under the bed) kittchen cost 100 euro regardless of how long you stay
THE STAFF, breakfast and the room & view
the pool was out of order
The staff. The location.
The room was weard down. Need some redecorating !
beautiful rooms, very good staff, friendly.
Clean room, great view. Concierge was very helpful. Not right in city center but very easy to catch the underground.
Parking fee was out of sight. Was excited they had a pool but did not use it cause it was so stuffy and no air flow in the pool.
