The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean. Swimming pool is quite nice. It is available most of the time. The breakfast is above average.
The room is very small for the price.

- Inexperienced staff (they didn't know how and if (!) Novotel is member of the Miles & More program) - Ventilation in the room was insufficient given its size. In addition there was no ventilation in the bathroom (room 362)

Breakfast was OK although there weren't many varieties of bread; in general it was a good place to stay.
Due to the Oktoberfest the price may have been above normal.

!!! From 05.08.2019 the newly renovated wellness area is available again!!! The 4-star Novotel Munich City is located in the heart of the city, close to theaters, cinemas and museums (e.g. the Deutsches Museum). Nearby shopping at Marienplatz or Hofbräuhaus. Comfortable rooms with coffee and tea station, wi-fi and workplace. Two children under 16 stay in their parents' room free.
