Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to reach city attractions and public transport. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, and several reviews highlighted spacious rooms as a positive. However, cleanliness was a concern in some cases, with reports of unclean bathrooms and intrusive cleaning staff. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others wishing for more variety or quality. Overall, the hotel offers good value, especially for its location and service, but could improve on cleanliness and breakfast options.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The hotel was great! The staff were truly helpful, kind, and patient as we were not familiar with how to navigate the train transportation. The front desk explained everything clearly, printed out timings and maps, we were even able to purchase tickets from the hotel. Breakfast was delicious too!
