Guests say
Guests generally appreciated the hotel's convenient location, good breakfast offerings, and reasonable prices. Many found the staff friendly and the check-in process easy, with several reviews highlighting the value for money. However, there were notable complaints about cleanliness, outdated facilities, and maintenance issues in rooms and bathrooms. Some guests also mentioned indifferent or unhelpful service, noise, and security concerns. Overall, while the hotel is praised for its affordability and breakfast, improvements are needed in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service.
