Very clean, location near to public transport, good breakfast.
No facility to make coffee or tea.
Efficient and friendly staff, room was large enough and clean with garden view, excellent breakfast well exceeding usual *** hotels breakfast quality (and quantity). The bus stop is 25 meters away and the bus quickly brings you to the (S-Bahn) train station, from which you will get to the city center in just 4-5 stops. There is nice restaurant close to the Blutenburg castle and pond - 4 minuted walk - not many hotels have good restaurants in the vicinty.
To be honest the reason for choosing this hotel was the rate (120 euro per night). Not cheap but one of the cheapest for the Oktoberfest period.
First of all the rooms were extremely small even for single ones. If you are a little taller than 1.75 and bigger than average size you will not fit in the shower!! The breakfast was very simple with just the basics. No reception during night hours. Too far from the city center, around 25-30 minutes by public transport although there is a bus stop outside from the hotel which takes you to Pasing train station and from there to the city center.
Very nice surroundings and staff
Too far away from the center
The staff was very helpful.
This family-run hotel lies in Munich’s north-western district of Obermenzing, just a 3-minute walk from the lovely former hunting lodge, Schloss Blutenburg, and 30 minutes from Marienplatz square by public transport. The 3-star Hotel Neuner offers comfortable, modern rooms. A hearty breakfast, and wireless internet access are included in the room price. Relax in Hotel Neuner’s inviting conservatory, with views over the garden, and with panoramic windows that can be opened onto the terrace during warmer weather. Due to good transport links, leisurely sightseeing and shopping trips in Munich are only 30 minutes away. The bus stop for line 56 can be found directly outside the hotel, and this connects you to the S-Bahn (city rail) network.
