The service received frequent compliments for being friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was often described as plentiful and of good quality. Cleanliness and comfortable beds were also positively noted. The aircon was remotely managed and would shut off every 30 minutes completely. When it wouldn’t shut off it’d set the temperature back to 26C, I’d wake up every night having to turn it back on multiple times. On top of not cleaning the room unless you ask every day before 6pm etc.
