Pros (+) The room was spacious, nice modern wood decor. Has a bar (which I didn't use). Staff is excellent, right by the train station so easy access when arriving / departing and there's a subway station down the same street. Bathroom was spacious, shower had a nice flow. Cons (-) Not the best neighborhood if you have kids - a lot of strip clubs and interesting people walking around at night, but in no way is it unsafe. I felt it was safe to walk around at 2 am.
