Mumbai hotels near Mantralaya

Pros: Close to farbrics shops and ouds, close to Indian. Gate, sea front view,

Cons: Room carpet smells not good when you first enter the room but later you get used to it .I wish if they can Replace it with Marble or at least ceramics, no coffee machine,

Cons: Accommodation is uncomfortable and annoyed at4 am and smelly and harmful like gas and the new system for amount due for cash is 50000

Pros: We liked everything about the hotel, the rooms were very comfortable, the restaurants were extremely great, the staff was very hospital, friendly and professional, the location was convenient to many attractions and the hotel itself was simply gorgeous.

Cons: There was nothing we did t like about the hotel. Hopefully we will return to it again soon

Pros: Thank you to Mr. Mohinder in reception of the palace for everything and he is one of the reasons for extending my stay in the hotel ,and I will be back soon

Pros: The facilities are in a very high standard that gives a new meaning of hotel room but yet in an elegant way that feels like home. The stuff was very welcoming and helpful from the first moment until leaving the hotel. And definitely a culinary experience with the variety of incredible restaurants.

Pros: I liked the feel of living in a museum! The corridors to the room were beautiful!!

Cons: I saw so many reportages and reports about the Taj before I come here! I was so excited! When I checked in and stayed there I felt it was nothing like the reports with regards to paying attention to details .. It’s over rated and I didn’t feel special at all.

Pros: The club lounge amenities combined with the excellent staff customer service makes this resort one of the best in Mumbai. The staff pays attention to every bit of detail!

Cons: I fell sick on my last day in the hotel, but the staff was very sweet. They even sent me an in-room complimentary breakfast on the day of my departure and allowed me to check-out late. Hands down, the best hotel in Mumbai!

Cons: Total nightmare starting from booking to end When I booked 2 rooms 6 nights the hotel as anywhere in the world I used my Visa card then the hotel reservation team start on sending email that I have to fill a form and sending pictures of my visa card in order for them to charge me ??? Even my bank didn’t approve this kind of method as it’s never been used, I had to do as the hotel requested to insure my booking I needed to shift my stay one day forward the hotel refused , so I lost one night for two rooms ?? I had to book another 2 rooms for additional night that’s when I had to witness very unprofessional calls on my phones asking me from 7:30 am if I am going to checking today ?? I stayed on same room but there system doesn’t show, that’s not my problem or mistake even I kept telling the caller that I am already in the hotel and gave him my room number to call me he kept calling my phones to be charged for international calls. The construction near the hotel makes it harder to reach. Lastly during the days of my stay it was raining but to low maintenance of the rooms got the rain inside the room

Cons: We were given a room probably next to a room that allowed smoking. Didn't feel like it when we came in the room but after that every time we came in we could smell the smoke. It was difficult to move with an infant so we had to just always be in the back room (we were in executive room which has a work table in the front room).

Cons: But staff was very rude. Usually payment is done during check out but they insisted on it during checking in. Reception created an issue even during check out that we had booked for 1 person and 2 people had used room, although we had paid for extra person during check in. Being a 4 star this is not the treatment we expect.
