Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for sightseeing and business trips. The staff was frequently described as friendly, helpful, and cooperative, contributing to a positive experience. Cleanliness was also highlighted, with several guests noting well-maintained and tidy rooms. While breakfast received mixed feedback, with some appreciating it and others finding it lacking in variety or space, amenities such as water and dental kits were sometimes missing, and a few guests reported issues with water quality or bathroom facilities.
