Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guest reviews are mixed, with many highlighting serious cleanliness issues such as cockroaches, bad odors, and poor hygiene standards, which significantly impacted their stay. However, several guests appreciated the friendly and supportive staff, as well as the convenient location near the metro and airport. Some found the hotel to be good value for money, especially for longer stays, and noted regular housekeeping and helpful service. Noise and privacy concerns, as well as occasional problems with amenities, were also mentioned. Overall, while the staff and location receive praise, cleanliness is a major concern.
