Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its cleanliness, convenient location, and spacious, comfortable rooms. Many found the hotel modern and well-maintained, with solid amenities and a relaxed atmosphere. However, several reviews mention negative experiences with staff and service, including issues at check-in, unhelpful or rude front desk staff, and problems with reservations or billing. While the breakfast and parking fees were points of dissatisfaction for some, the overall impression is positive, especially regarding room quality and cleanliness.

Okay

The room had a strong smell of disinfectant, and the pillow wasn’t that clean. Front desk staff—whether on the morning or afternoon shift—lacked professionalism. Of course, for a two- or three-star hotel, perhaps that level of attitude is simply their standard.

When I arrived they had my reservation but no room. Kind of a basic requirement to fail.
