Not being disturbed by staff/employees.
The pool needed a shock treatment.
The ceiling tiles in the rooms fell on our employees heads and the response from the front desk was "oh they weren't that heavy they will be fine." The rooms were also disgusting and not even close to clean.
The bed was very comfortable. I thought the room decor was cute and I liked that there was an ice cream shop attached to the hotel. It had a good location for us to get to Bull Shoals, Norfork, and the Buffalo River.
The pool was pretty disgusting. Green with particles floating in it. Really there should've been more Covid restrictions to the pool altogether but it was a crowded free for all. The bathroom was cramped and small, and there was a door that led right into the room next door, which was creepy.
NOTHING. THERE WAS AN ICE CREAM SHOP ON PREMISES BUT WAS REALLY EXPENSIVE. 7.00 FOR A SMALL MILK SHAKE.
IT WAS A BIG MESSED UP JOKE. NO BREAKFAST, NO BALCONY ROOM AND NO CLEAN-UP SERVICE TO OUR ROOM FOR THE 3 DAYS WE WERE THERE.
The parking close to the room. The little ice cream shop and pizza place on each side. Grandson loved the pool. Staff was nice. The room was clean
The air didn’t work. Bed was very hard and the smell in the halls was horrible. We left at 11 pm because of air not working. My mom is handicap. She can’t breathe without good airflow
