NEVER AGAIN On check in, I was told I had booked an upstairs room. I am a disabled veteran and cannot do stairs. No elevator. I had to pay $10 in cash to get a downstairs room. Manager was rude and I will never stay at a Quality Inn again.

Yes. The AC unit was leaking in the room and I think I developed a allergic reaction to the mold smell, and when I told the front desk she thanked me but didn't take action or offer a solution.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, the entire facility was clean and the room was very comfortable. The location was convenient with several restaurants and a grocery store all within a block or so. I highly recommend this hotel.
