The view from my room, it overlooked a park.
The lack of parking sucked, and the room seemed a bit shabby.
It was in a good location. Beds were comfortable, but room was dated and we had asked for their newest room upon check in.
Staff at front desk didn’t know how to use a CAA card. Staff in spa didn’t know their products, I needed to assist & show them what the box size should be.
Being down the hall from the pool. Pool admission was included. Restaurant on sight was very good.
Downtown location. Parking across street at casino.
The friendliness of the staff.
I had a difficult time pushing the cart up the ramp. It would have been nice to have an offer of help.
