The rooms were nice. Everything was nicely kept, and stylish enough.
The TV system could use an upgrade. The exterior of the building could use a bit of a makeover.
The location can’t be beat! The room was very clean and the bed SUPER comfortable!
The front desk staff isn’t going to do you any favors. Period. The 2nd level reception is weird and the reception level has a weird flow.
Location. Comfortable room albeit we wanted a king size bed.
Elevator always stopped at level 2. We had to beg for extra coffee and creamer every day. The restaurant in the hotel was bland and the service was glacial. The TV was hard to use. The computers were hard to use at times. The detergent or fabric softener in the bed sheets gave me a rash and a swollen face.
The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. There was extra seating, a desk and a coffee machine in the room also. The location was close to the area we wanted to see, (old Montréal) so you could walk to many places and it was close to the Hop On/Hop Off line. Also the staff was friendly and helpful.
Front desk No concierge available to help All information in French. Did not speak or understand English well. Room was next elevator despite request to be away from it.
