Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly report a lack of air conditioning, making rooms uncomfortably hot, especially during warm weather. Many found the bathrooms and rooms very small and sometimes not clean. Some guests also noted issues with amenities and equipment, such as missing soap or poor shower facilities. While a few mentioned friendly staff and convenient location, the negatives, particularly regarding comfort and cleanliness, were prominent.
