Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and convenient access to nearby attractions. However, there are widespread and strong complaints about cleanliness, with many guests describing dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and poor maintenance. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests appreciating friendly staff while others note slow or inattentive service.
