Pros (+) Comfortable and cleanness at every time,
Cons (-) I tried to pass the room to a friend of mine and its girlfriend becuase I had an emergency and the receptionists didn't allowed and even that I called and offered to pay more for an "extra person" ,they said that they cannot do anything about it
