Pros (+) The rooms were really clean. The location could not be more perfect. The staff was very accommodating and welcoming. Nice and comfy bed, showers were also nice.
Cons (-) Parking was a little challenging as the parking lots are somewhat small. Still a great find, will for sure be back.

Pros (+) Popular destination, confirmed your room before you arrive. They where over booked. Definitely will be starting there again so much in walking distance. The pool was so warm, perfect for a swim in the cool weather. The staff is really friendly and organized. We only had breakfast in the restaurants it was good but there a cafe right across the street I wish I checked out too.

Pros (+) Nicely appointed rooms, ours had an electric fireplace. Beds were comfortable. Hotel had a nice pool area and an outdoor lounge area.
Cons (-) We only stayed one night, would have liked to stay longer.

Pros (+) I liked the cleanliness and the feel like home of the place. I also enjoyed dining in the fine restaurant the hotel provides. The personnel was was polite and very accommodating. The proximity to to everything in the city was very much appreciated.

Pros (+) Staff was so nice. we told them we were in Monterey to celebrate the bf's bday and they were nice enough to upgrade our room and send over a bottle of champagne for free :). It really made our trip special. The staff at the spa were great too, pretty much left us to do as we wished
Cons (-) The food at Ernesto's (restaurant located in hotel) was a bit overpriced. Food was still good
