It has it all! Would have loved to stay longer...there’s so much to do. Swimming, horseback riding, on-site museum, on-site awesome restaurant, on-site winery...etc. It’s beautiful as well! So much movie history here too! I can’t say enough good things! Just book today for a wonderful stay! ❤️ Ps- The pic is our back porch view!!!!
Nothing to put here...
I would stay here again, it was beautiful.
The restaurant was pretty awful (and we are not picky) with it being 30 minutes from other food, and o ly having a mini fridge, it was inconvenient.
We loved the location and the feel of the property, the restaurant was great and all the staff tremendous
Having to leave it
The location was beautiful and the rooms were large and well furnished.
The beds were springy and less-than-comfortable. In the end, all the effort put into the rest of the room was for naught as we didn't get a good night's sleep.
A beautiful spot and excellent stay
Nestled along the river and the cliffs this hotel has stunning natural beauty around it. The staff were all excellent and friendly, and the food was also quite good.
If there is one thing I would caution about it is that the sound insulation between rooms might be insufficient for some people. It was not a problem for us, but there was a dog one or two rooms over that had a high pitched bark that seemed to cut through the log walls rather easily.
The award-winning Red Cliffs Lodge is nestled along the banks of the Colorado River surrounded by deep Canyonlands and 2,000-foot steep cliff walls. The lodge is home to Castle Creek Winery and the Moab Movie Museum. Red Cliffs has on-site horseback riding, tennis courts, an exercise room, a seasonal pool, and hot tub. Guests can enjoy guided tours of national parks and state parks, rafting, biking, hiking, along with much more.
All suites and cabins have scenic views of the Colorado River or Castle Creek and contain log furniture, knotty pine accents, and stucco palettes. Red Cliffs Lodge offers rustic and comfortable river, creek-side, executive suites, along with river cabins.
Cabin and suite amenities include a separate kitchenette and dining area, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster. It has DSL internet connection, Direct TV, and phones.
It offers many dining options including an all you can eat hot buffet breakfast, the lodge serves Sunday brunch along with fine dining. The Cowboy Grill, with terraced seating, offers views of the Colorado River and cliffs, for lunch and offers a BBQ buffet on its seasonal river deck. It also offers box lunches for those setting out for day adventures.
The Red Cliffs Lodge is a perfect stay for outdoor adventurers, mountain bikers to explore the Moab biking capital of the world, family vacations, or for the sole traveler to rest and relax in its scenic beauty.
