Wow. Staff was friendly, but wow. Room cleanliness was crazy bad. The floor was so dirty that the bottom of our socks became black and transferred to the inside of our shoes. The room was never serviced while we were there. When our toilet decided it would no longer flush and I informed the staff, the response I got was "maybe the maintenance guy can make it to your room." As single Mom with three...

Pros (+) beds and pillows were comfortable TV swiveled to get best viewing angle got free HBO fridge/micro in room really good coffee on breakfast bar-good overall brkfst bar room was good size
Cons (-) fridge was a little too small I was out of kleenex-had to call for more Was no paper TV guide in room-had to ask for one. Dirty towels didn't get taken away every day Shower/tub hot/cold adjustment knob was stiff and a little confusing to use Seating in brkfst area somewhat limited
