Pros (+) We had an evening flight and the front desk staff gave us a 5:00 pm checkout at no extra charge. Fabulous customer service!
Cons (-) Nothing. It was 100% excellent.
Pros (+) Location, location, location. Taking the airport train just one stop from Terminal 3 is fantastic. Alt Hotel is clean and comfy and has some healthy food alternatives in their downstairs cafe. This is my go-to hotel when flying through Toronto.
Cons (-) Wallpaper and trim were scratched and showing signs of wear beyond what I would expect in a new-ish hotel..staff were nice but seemed a bit confused by my foreign credit card which made check-in longer than necessary for a pre-paid booking. These are minor poumts, though.
Pros (+) Clean, efficient, comfortable. Fabulous location - no need for shuttle to terminal
Cons (-) Appreciate that the minimalist philosophy means no kitchen but packaged food offerings pretty limited.

Pros (+) Clean, modern, design, comfortable bed, friendly staff, and primarily for us, easy access to and from communities outside Toronto, and to airport terminals en route to vacation.
Cons (-) It's the little things that make the difference: hotel could upgrade quality of kleenex tissues.
Pros (+) We appreciated the modern design, cleanliness, friendly staff and most of all the convenience to commuter trains, airport terminals, and another hotel for dinner. Helped make a trip from Kingston to Mexico stress free.
Cons (-) Would have preferred a small restaurant or coffee shop in hotel for a light meal but realize this may not be practical.
Pros (+) I love the clean design elements and the green focus.
