Pros: The owner was a very friendly person, the room was clean, with a beautiful sight view. The breakfast was consistent. The accommodation is actually 200 m from the cave with thermal water. A wonderful place!

Pros: Staying at Amaretto was a great experience for my family. We had a lovely spacious warm and comfortable room. The Cave Bath is an easy walking distance, very convenient. The staff and owners at Amaretto are incredibly friendly and helpful. Altogether a fantastic place to stay at. Thank You very much for making it enjoyable for us!

Cons: A little confusion about price, the booking confirmation stated the price in euro only yet it was to be paid in HUF and in cash. I had no idea until the payment how much exactly it would be. Otherwise no issues at all.

Pros: Our car broke down just right outside the hotel, the gentlemen at reception was very helpful to contact with car rental company for rescue. They also helped to discuss with car company to find out the best solution to exchange for a car, and took care of the broken down car to be tow. Or otherwise we may have to stuck there for another day, that would certainly delay our trip schedule. Our special thanks to both gentlemen at day shift and night shift.

Cons: we had to leave the room at 10.00 am morning too early check out,no kittle in the room,little bit difficult to reach the hotel as at the top of a hill

Cons: Dinner buffet not replenished after 19:30; restaurant personnel inattentive and unfriendly; hot air heating in room not adjustable (room too hot); curtain in room flimsy and not keeping out the light; no heating in bathroom - space heater provided but no socket to plug it in; heated towel rack placed inside the shower, so useless. Considering all this, price too high

Cons: Only issue was that smokers were in room next door. They smoked what seemed like non-stop on the balcony to their room. Because there was no air conditioning and we had to open window, the smoke came into our room.

Cons: The breakfast room had no clean tables and the staff were standing around talking to each other and made no attempt to clean a table for us until we asked them, and when they did clear a table for us they had a very sour face. Unpleasant and uncalled for as this is part of the service they offer.

Cons: There is no big mirror in the room. On the bathroom there was no bathrobe, slippers, shampoo etc, which usually you can find in most of the suites.
