Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near the airport and university, as well as the shuttle service. However, many were dissatisfied with ongoing renovations, closed amenities like the pool and restaurant, cleanliness issues, and lack of included breakfast. Service was inconsistent, with some staff being helpful while others were unresponsive or unfriendly. Several guests reported problems with heating, room maintenance, and overall outdated facilities.

Pros (+) Hotel is nice. Shuttle to hotel and parking. Location.
Cons (-) Booked through Expedia, hotel did not have reservation. The lady at the front desk doesn't try to fix, but does say I can book another room although I already paid for reservation. Then she just tells me to call Expedia. After calling Expedia, they call hotel and get it sorted out. Also, park and fly only through the hotel website or phone.
