Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests generally appreciated the hotel's breakfast, convenient location, and some friendly staff members. However, there were repeated complaints about the pool's limited hours or closure, inconsistent cleanliness in rooms and public areas, and mixed experiences with service—some staff were friendly and helpful, while others were described as rude or unprofessional. Cleanliness issues such as dirty carpets, crumbs, and leftover linens were noted, and several guests mentioned slow check-in and elevator service. Despite these concerns, the breakfast and location stood out as positives for many guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
