The service here was top notch - from check-in to check-out everyone was so hospitable. The buffet breakfast was delicious and included with our room due to our Bonvoy status, and the wait staff were so nice. Pros (+) Rooms were nice and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Excellent location.
Cons (-) They were deep cleaning carpets in hallway and rooms around ours. Fortunately we were out and about most of the day, but it was kind of intrusive. Just wished someone would've given us a heads up. Didn't like paying $17 a day to park in their lot.

Pros (+) You just feel sexy staying here. And the beds are so comfortable I didn’t want to leave mine. The staff is super friendly and helpful. And I loved the Milwaukee restaurant- delicious food and great service.

Cons (-) Was never told once through the entire billing and check in process that there would be extremely loud construction directly above our room on the roof from 8am-noon. Employees at check in could not care less about our terrible experience. I am 26 and I have never written a review. Hope this hotel goes out of business.
