Breakfast service was very good enjoyed the eggs and great coffee Very friendly staff
relaxed atmosphere . Reasonably priced drinks in sitting room.
restaurant menu was a bit fussy for us so ate elsewhere , however breakfast was fine.
Beautiful chateaux with a great view of the viaduct. The breakfast was reasonably good. But no restaurant on the site that was open
the fact that there was no restaurant open
Lovely old building and interesting view of the Millau viaduct from the window. Innovative menu at the restaurant that we both really liked, though a bit expensive. Staff were friendly and helpful on both arrival and departure, suggesting the best views of the viaduct on our way out. A good base for exploring the Gorges du Tarn, which is spectacular.
The hotel is crying out for a bar which serves drinks on the terrace overlooking the valley however the only bar is in the basement just outside the restaurant but without the character that the restaurant has. That's more of a suggestion than a criticism, I suppose.
Great location, staff were super helpful and friendly, restaurant was superb. Room was larger than most that we've had in France. View of the Millau Viaduct from the pool area was really good. gardens and grounds are excellent.
Nothing really, all was very good.
