The bathtub is very deep with no grab bars and was very difficult to get in/out without falling! The bed was not comfortable and some of the pillow cases were put on wrong side out. The dining room menu was most unusual and the food was not good. When we called from the airport for the shuttle, we were on a hold for over 15 minutes before we got a human.

Pros (+) Perfect place to stay for an early flight from Linate The rooms were modern and the staff was very helpful. The 24-hr reception with coffee and biscuits provided a light bite before we headed to the airport.

Pros (+) Hotel was nice.
Cons (-) I asked for a wake up call, because we had an early flight and it never came. I missed my flight because of it. This is supposed to be an airport hotel and they missed my wake up call for my flight. I ended up stuck in Milan for another 24 hours before I could get out.
