Summary of reviews

Guests say
Many guests were extremely dissatisfied due to last-minute cancellations, overbooking, and poor communication, with several feeling deceived or forced to pay more upon arrival. Cleanliness and noise levels were mixed, with some rooms reported as clean and others as dirty or smoky, and noise from traffic or other guests was a common complaint. However, the hotel’s location near public transport and local amenities was frequently praised, and some guests found the staff friendly and helpful. Overall, the negatives, especially regarding booking reliability and value for money, outweighed the positives for many reviewers.
