The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and attentiveness, with several guests mentioning specific employees by name. Cleanliness was also highlighted positively, with many noting tidy rooms and well-maintained facilities. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some appreciating the selection and others finding it limited. Room sizes and bathrooms were often described as small or cramped, and the lack of an elevator was noted as a drawback for some.
