Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location near metro stations, shops, and attractions, making it easy to get around Milan. The staff receives frequent praise for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism, with several guests mentioning specific employees by name. Cleanliness is another strong point, with many reviews noting tidy rooms and bathrooms. However, some guests report issues with noise due to thin walls and limited soundproofing. Opinions on value for money are mixed, with some finding the price reasonable and others feeling the facilities are basic for the cost. Overall, the positives of location, service, and cleanliness stand out most.
