Pros (+) i liked the pictures they had as there grand suite and how roomy it looked. also they had some decent breakfast fresh make yourself waffles and yogurt.
Cons (-) i payed online and the room that was discribed had a hottub jacuzi in it. so even though it had the lowest price online once i clicked and intered my info it said the price i wanted was no longer available and its now X amount of dollars more i say what the hell and pay it.when i got there i asked the front desk how much it was per night stay for he didnt know i had reserved my room. he told me th...

Pros (+) We found the room to be good enough quality. You could tell they've been updating, and there was a few things that still needed TLC however the room was clean, the beds were cozy, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast in the AM is also a perk.
Cons (-) Location was okay, however at night it you could definitely hear traffic, and it really didn't apprear to be the best neighborhood.

Pros (+) Fridge and Micro., chair & ottoman, large armoire with safe. Updated Bathroom & furniture. Comfy bed. Clean. Convenient office area. Room was nicer than expected.
Cons (-) Breakfast was very bad - few choices & everything gone before end of BF time period. Hot coffee/tea not available in lobby after 9AM. No table in room. There is a desk though, and some space on top of the large TV unit.

Pros (+) Location good, rooms good; inexpensive and clean
Cons (-) Hot tub and juice dispensing machine (at breakfast) broken for days and staff totally helpless and ineffective at addressing -- my suggestion that they go and buy juice in bottles for breakfast was met with nervous smiles... Probably not their fault (i.e. management source of problems...) but they are the representatives of the business and were not impressive.
