Cons (-) Staff was more than rude and called the police on My friends and I when I was having my birthday party because we had a couple of my friends come to my room although we were not being loud, nothing excessive, they just were not Used to seeing people of color at their place of residence which is a shame because that was my favorite hotel.

Pros (+) Wonderful accommodations, clean, quiet, complete tasty free breakfast, and good location are a few of our top reasons for choosing thr Residence Inn.
Cons (-) I can't think of anything that could be better. I only wish we could always get a reservation here. Many times it books up earlier than other places.
