Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and found it easy to access shopping, dining, and local attractions. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the service, citing unhelpful or unfriendly staff, language barriers, and issues with room assignments. Cleanliness was also a concern for several guests, with reports of dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and maintenance issues. The lack of complimentary breakfast and uncomfortable beds were additional points of criticism. Overall, while the location was a highlight, improvements in service, cleanliness, and amenities are needed.
