Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and, in some cases, the helpfulness of certain staff members, especially the manager Kimberly. However, the majority of reviews expressed significant dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, citing dirty linens, unclean bathrooms, dust, and unpleasant odors. The pool was also frequently mentioned as being dirty or unavailable. While some staff received positive remarks, service was generally described as inconsistent. Overall, the hotel’s location is a highlight, but improvements in cleanliness, pool maintenance, and consistent service are needed.

They knew they had you since you had to prepay for the booking for the rate. It should have been keep for a house keeping break area or supply room. I ask for a bigger room like photos showed and thought I ordered, We are booked was the answer....

Pros (+) The hot tub was amazing
Cons (-) We had no toilet paper upon arrival, and there was no blankets on the bed

Pros (+) Very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) Beds were hard and lighting in the rooms reminded us of a hospital stay. Not very homey. Only one chair and a window seat for seating outside of using the beds. Also, the wall of mirrors was a little overwhelming.
