Conveniently located across The Underline, Publix supermarket, & 0.3mi from the MetroMover & Light Rail. The rooftop bar & pool is top notch with stunning views of the Financial District, Biscayne Bay, & the Miami Skyline.

I could never connect to room service or front desk from my room using the room phone. Check in and out had a wait line. Staff were friendly. Nice decor and swimming pool. Good value compared to other hotels in the area. I would recommend to friends

Cons (-) They made us wait 30 minutes in the lobby for a room even when we arrived after the checkout time. And they probably put us in the worst room of the hotel after all that trouble.

Pros (+) We were the first guest to stay in our room, hotel was brand new, that was a cool point. Love the feel and atmosphere. We are in our mid twenties, excuse me, late twenties lol. we rented for the night, for a staycation, we are parents needed a break, and the Atton was great.
Cons (-) I think the pool could of been a bit better, it's a small infinity pool with a nice view, has a bar and seating area, it's family friendly, but i can see how awkward it would be if it was full of adults relaxing and kids running around screaming. I wouldn't bring my kids here for a family stay. Just me and my husband, definitely. I'd rent here again.
